I’ve been noticing on home decor blogs, in interior design magazines, and on Pinterest that there seems to be a great deal of using yellow and grey together as a color scheme when decorating a room.

At first, I was kind of thrown off by this combo, but then it steadily started to grow on me. It’s a soft color palette, and in the right pattern, can create a lot of visual interest. I found this great fabric from Hobby Lobby that I could envision on a sofa in a living room.

This grey and yellow combination is actually more of a mustard and slate color, but I really like it! The print is amazing and not too busy at all. The rooms below are definitely being saved to my Inspiration file. What do you think of this color combo?
